一、基本情况
    费县大陆阀门有限公司前身为费县阀门厂，属集体企业，1956年建厂，1968年开始生产阀门，已有30多年阀门生产历史。1992年拿出部分资产和韩国大陆重机株式会社合资成立“费县大陆机械有限公司”，现改名为费县大陆阀门有限公司。公司占地5.3 万平方米，建筑面积2万平方米，其中生产建筑面积1.2万平方米。全公司现有职工510人，其中工程技术人员 48人，熟炼工人占80％。总资产2100万元，固定资产1100万元。
二、产品
    主要产品为中低压系列阀门。内销产品有截止阀、闸阀、止回阀、过滤器等四大系列170 多个品种规格，产品曾获92年全国质量万里行苏州市场抽查第一名。
外销产品主要为韩国直通阀、旋启阀、止回阀、德国标准闸阀、过虑器、底阀、英标阀门及各种机械铸件，产品、铸件曾出口韩国、德国、新加坡、美国、日本、加拿大、澳大利亚等国。

三、设备及生产能力
    １、设备
    现有各类设备238 台（套），其中铸造设备５吨冲天炉３台，２吨冲天炉２台，混砂机４
台，抛丸清砂机２台，时效处理设备２套。机加工设备58台（套），安装设备、检测设备一宗。年成品生产能力5000 吨。
    ２、造型面积
    造型面积4000平方米，年铸铁件生产能力8000吨。３、公司还具备铸铜件生产技术，所有阀门铜件都可满足需要。
四、质量控制
    １、内销产品受临沂市质检所监督，被临沂技术监督局列为质量合格推荐产品、
    ２、公司内质量控制手段内销产品严格执行GB/T13927一92 标准，公司配有理化试验室，原材料、毛坯件内在质量由公司化验室进行化学成分分析进行调控；物理性能通过布氏、洛氏硬度计进行检验。
    3 外销产品严格按客户提供的图纸.标准制造,由客户厂检合格后方可装箱发货。
    4 公司已顺利通过ISO9002质量体系任证,严格执行符合自己实际情况的质量保证手册及各种程序文件，以确保ISO9002质量体系有效运行。
五、交通条件
    公司总部在费县县城，有 327国道和兖石铁路横贯县城，交通十分便利，西距兖州120 公里，东距石臼港130公里，距青岛港仅300公里,距京沪高速公路仅20公里，地理位置十分优越。
六、方城分厂情况
    公司原厂址设在费县方城镇，1994年迁往县城，老厂区现为分厂，分厂距县城20公里，董泗公路通过厂门，距正建设的京沪高速公路仅６公里，交通条件很好。厂区占地２万平方米，生产及辅助车间建筑面积5000平方米，其中造型面积1500平方米有３吨冲天炉１座，２吨冲天炉２座，挂链式抛丸清砂机１台，旧车床５台，100ＫＶＡ变压器2台，其它辅助设备一宗。各项基础设施完整齐全，水电正常使用。现分厂设铸造车间１个，机加工车间１个，加上辅助人员及管理人员有职工110 人。由于资金缺乏设备不足，造型面积闲置50％，机加工车间大部分闲置。如果能充分利用现有厂房，基础设施，投入部分资金500万元，可形成年产3000 吨的生产能力, 新增产值1200万元，利润200万元预计3年可收回投资。

I. Basic Situation
   Belonging to the collective-owned enterprise, the predecessor of Fei Xian Dae Ryuk Machinery Co., Ltd., Fei Xian Valves Factory was founded in1956 and began to produce valves in 1968. Now it has production history of more than thirty years. In 1992, using its part assets, the factory established Fei Xian dae Ryuk Machinery Co., Ltd in joint-venture with dae Ryuk Heavy Machinery Corporation of Korea. Covering an area of 53,000 square meters in addition construction area of 20,000 square meters including producing construction area of 12,000 square meters, it has total assets of 21 million Yuan including fixed assets of eleven million Yuan. Including engineering technicians of forty-eight the company has five hundred stuff members and 80% of them are skilled workers.
II. Products
The main products are middle and bottompressure valves. Divided into block valves, brake valves, check valves and filters, the products include one hundred and seventy specifications and they were ranked in the first in Suzhou market by China Association for Quality Promotion. The exported products are mainly Korea straight way valves, rotating valves, check valves and German standard brake valves, filters, bottomvalves, English standard valves and all kinds of machine castings and they are exported to Korea, Germany, Singapore, America, Japan and Canada.

III The Equipments and The Capacity of Production
1. Equipment: there are fifty-eight sets of machine processing equipments and two hundred and thirty-eight sets of all kinds of equipments including the founding equipment--- three sets of 5 ton punch furnaces and two sets of 2 ton punch furnaces, four sets of mixing sands machines, two sets of casting bolus and cleaning sands machines and two sets of aging equipments. It has formed 5,000 tons of annual production capacity.
2. The Sculpt Area
With the sculpt area of 4 square kilometers, it can produce 8,000 tons of iron castings per year.
3. The company also possess the producing technology of founding bronze ware and all kinds of bronze valves.
IV. Quality Control
1. The sales in domestic markets products are supervised by Linyi quality inspection section and ranked in eligible recommended products by Linyi technology supervising bureau.
2. Company Inner Quality Control Method   Strictly implementing GB/T13927--92, the company is equipped with physical chemistry lab to control and make chemolysis to raw materials and inner quality of semifinished products. The physical performance is checked through Brinell hardness and Rockwell hardness meters.
3.The exported products will be produced strictly according to the blueprint and the standard supplied by customers. After passing through the customers' inspection, can they be be boxed up and exported.
4. The company has passed through ISO9002 quality system certificate favorably. To make sure ISO9002 run effectively, it will strictly implement its own quality guarantee note and relevant procedure documents.
V. Traffic Condition
Lying in Fei Xian county seat, the company enjoys very superior geographical position. No.327 National Road and Yunshi Railway go across here. To its west it is at a distance of 120 kilometers to Yunzhou; to its east it is at a distance of 130 kilometers to Shijiu Port; it is at a distance of three hundred kilometers and only twenty kilometers to Jinghu Highway. So its traffic is very convenient.
VI. The Condition of Fangcheng Branch
The general company originally was established in Fei Xian Fangcheng town and was moved to county in 1994. The old area became the branch. It is at a distance of twenty kilometers to county and six kilometers to the building Jinghu Highway. Dongsi Highroad just passes before the gate of the company. Its traffic condition is very convenient.
It covers an area of 20,000 square meters including production and assistant workshop construction area of 5,000 square meters. 1,500 square meters of them belongs to sculpt area. With one set of 3 ton punch furnace, two sets of 2 ton punch furnace, one set of casting bolus cleaning sands machine with chains, five sets of old lathes, two sets of 100KVA transformers and one set of other subsidiary equipment, all its infrastructure is complete and water and electricity supply is also up to snuff. With one hundred and ten stuff members including assistant and management persons, the company has set up one founding workshop and one machine processing workshop. Because its funds are absent and its equipments are short supply, 50% of its sculpt area and most of machine processing workshops are leave unused. Invested 5 million Yuan, the workshops and infrastructure will be used well and the yearly production capacity of 3000 tons can be formed. And its newly increased production value can reach twelve million Yuan; the profit will be two million Yuan. It is intending that the investment can be taken back within three years.
